My Mom's life was about family, service, and education.  

She died of breast cancer when I was eleven years old.  Her final words to us before she passed were, "you are of infinite worth just for showing up".  

She worked at UVSC in the Turning Point program, helping women recover from abuse, gain confidence, and develop life skills.  A few months before she passed, she completed a master's degree in Organizational Behavior.  She was an inspiration to everyone around her.

This project is to honor her and the many other incredible women in Utah Valley by creating a scholarship for women at UVU.
